Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deployment of new applications.
  • Testing, trouble-shooting and system support.
  • Requirements gathering for system enhancements.
  • Preparation of reports and technical documents.
  • Gather and analyse user requirements.

  • Support web-based Intranet & Internet applications and services.
  • Develop UAT test plans and conduct UAT .

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the software industry.
  • A strong background in software development and SDLC (ASP .NET MVC, PHP ,Android, iOS, IIS, Javascript, HTML, DHTML and XML.
  • Knowledge in Data networking, ColdFusion, Java and full SDLC.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property.
  • Controls traffic by directing drivers.
  • Ensure security log book is updated.
  • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
  • Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations.
  • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
  • Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
  • Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
  • Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
  • Provide assistance to people in need.
  • Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities

Requirements

  • Possess valid PLRD licence and required certifications.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems is a plus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To purchase and coordinate all direct shipments for GTR China.
  • To manage, coordinate and support all logistic/ shipping matters to customers within the GTR China.
  • Monitor customers’ debt and other financial matter to ensure timely accounts settlement
  • To work with customers within the same region for timely submission of reports.
  • Actively engaged with all GTR China’s suppliers. Work closely with suppliers on all newness products – ingredient listings or HP.
  • Update of price lists from all suppliers and advise customers accordingly.
  • Manage and maintain all item master lists.
  • Work with Key Account Manager to achieve targeted forecast.
  • In charge of all related claims and insurance.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’/’A’ level.
  • Minimum 2-3yrs relevant experience, preferably in customer service industry with purchasing background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel, able to read and write in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Meticulous and detail oriented, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
