SUTL Enterprise Receives Approval To Begin Sale Of Memberships For ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia

SUTL Enterprise Limited, a leading marina developer, operator, and consultant and owner of the ONE°15 brand today announced that ONE15 Marina Development Berhad, a joint-venture Company with UEM Land Berhad (“UEM Land”), a wholly owned subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise”), has been granted the approval by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“SSM”) to begin sale of memberships for its upcoming private marina club at Puteri Harbour in Iskandar Puteri, commencing first quarter 2019. This comes as the JVA turns unconditional following the fulfilment of all conditions precedent. The JVC is currently constructing its sales gallery in Puteri Harbour Johor.
